Whilst working at an agency in Christchurch, Clarke Group engaged us to build a scalable lead generation engine across both sides of the business: residential developments (premium, affordable, and build-to-rent) and Clarke Group Property Management (CGPM). The strategy centred on segmenting audiences with clear intent, then matching each segment to dedicated landing pages and paid campaigns.
For developments, we structured Google Ads and paid social to capture high-intent demand from buyers and investors, using project-led messaging and enquiry-focused landing pages aligned with their portfolio of completed and upcoming projects.
For investors, we supported broader NZ-wide interest by aligning campaign messaging with Clarke Group’s partnership and investment positioning, while keeping the user journey simple.
For property management, we built acquisition campaigns designed to convert landlords into sign-ups, supported by landing pages that speak to CGPM’s specialist focus on Auckland residential rental property management and its investor-first service model.
